The People Behind It

Meet Our Team

The Home Concierge Co. was built by two people who believe your home deserves the same standard of care and professionalism you expect from any great service partner.

Elizabeth

Co-Founder

Before entering the real estate development and construction industry, Elizabeth spent more than 15 years as a Critical Care Nurse and served 11 years on active duty in the U.S. Army as a MEDEVAC Flight Nurse in combat. Although her career has taken a different path, the values she developed along the way continue to guide her work today: preparation, accountability, thoughtful communication, and a genuine commitment to earning her clients' trust.

Today, Elizabeth guides projects from early feasibility and permitting through construction and final completion, specializing in custom homes and small commercial developments. She believes great projects are built on clear communication, careful planning, and strong relationships. To Elizabeth, well-maintained homes are about more than protecting an investment. They strengthen neighborhoods, preserve the character of a community, and contribute to the long-term economic health of the places people are proud to call home.

Elizabeth brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and genuine care to every project. She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver, a Master Certification in Interior Design, and is Lean Construction and Sustainable Building Certified.

Tyler

Co-Founder

With more than 10 years of experience in engineering and construction management, Tyler has overseen projects ranging from residential remodels to ground-up custom homes and commercial developments valued at up to $10 million. As a licensed general contractor serving the Denver metro area, he believes the best projects are built on trust, clear communication, and lasting relationships.

Tyler works closely with homeowners, designers, architects, and trusted trade partners to ensure every project is delivered with care, precision, and attention to detail. Tyler believes that quality construction is about more than completing a project. It's about creating spaces that are built to last, thoughtfully executed, and delivered with the integrity and craftsmanship clients can rely on for years to come.

Tyler combines technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach to every project. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and the Built Environment at the University of Denver and holds degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
